Tattoo Aftercare with Saniderm
Saniderm offers exceptional protection and convenience for healing your tattoo. After your tattoo practitioner applies the clear adhesive bandage, it should remain in place for the duration recommended by your artist, typically 4 to 5 days.
During this time, it's normal for blood and fluids to collect under the bandage. For optimal results, replace the first bandage within 8 to 24 hours.
When it's time to remove the bandage, do so in the shower under warm water to loosen the adhesive.
Gently pull the bandage over itself in the direction of hair growth, avoiding upward pulling.
Once removed, wash the area with neutral soap and warm water, pat it dry with a clean paper towel, and apply the recommended lotion to maintain hydration during the rest of the healing process.
Remember, the bandage should not be worn for more than 7 days.
Note: This product contains adhesive and may cause allergic reactions in individuals with adhesive sensitivities.
Discontinue use immediately if a reaction occurs.
